Registration: Registrations may be submitted by mail, fax, or online at www.instatewideconference.net. Mail-in registrations should be sent to Statewide Conference on Housing & Community Economic Development.

Registration Fees: Conference registration price for members is $120, and $220 for non-members.

Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing, on or before August 20, 2008, to receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after August 20, 2008.

Scholarships: Limited conference scholarships are available to students and representatives of not-for-profit organizations, with a limit of one per organization. Each scholarship covers registration and meals provided at the conference but not travel or lodging. You may download a conference scholarship application here or by requesting one by checking the box on your completed registration form. The deadline for requesting scholarships is August 10, 2008.

Scholarships for Persons with Disabilities: We offer a limited number of scholarships for persons with disabilities who are in financial need and are Indiana residents. Complimentary Registrations: Each sponsor receives a number of complimentary registrations according to their sponsorship level. Diamond Sponsors receive 10 registrations, Platinum Sponsors receive 8 registrations, Gold Sponsors receive 6 registrations, Silver Sponsors receive 4 registrations, and Bronze Sponsors receive 2 registrations. Exhibitors who are not sponsors receive 2 complimentary registrations. All speakers receive complimentary registration. Please indicate the appropriate status on the registration form.

Hotel Accomodations: A block of rooms has been reserved from August 26th-August 28th, 2008 with The Westin, Indianapolis. We have secured a limited number of single and double rooms for the rate of $129.00 a night (15% tax will also be applied). Please book your room as soon as possible, as they will go fast! The cut-off date with the Westin is August 4th, 2008.
